Support in any language without leaving GLPI
Translate renders ticket content – descriptions and follow-ups – directly in the GLPI interface, without copying text to external tools. Each technician enables translation on the specific item they need, in the target language of their choice, with a single click.

How it works
Step 1
Choose a provider
In the Translate panel, select DeepL, Google Translate or AI, enter the API key and test the connection right there.
Step 2
Set language and limits
Configure the allowed target language, the cache retention period and the maximum size per item to translate.
Step 3
Translate in the ticket
On any ticket, the technician clicks Translate on the desired item and reads the content in the chosen language, without leaving GLPI.
